Place was huge for a lockdown wedding. Owner was somehow little less cooperative.

But let me start the real thing. There was a man named Ajit vitkar who was in charge of decoration and lightning (who told me he is in charge of lawns and decoration both)

This man had some kind of nerve.

The things he committed and the things he provided were little different. At arrival of the bride and groom (morning) The structure of entry arch collapsed on bride's bestfriend ( whose own wedding is on 7th Dec ) placing on her head and shoulders. Poor girl said nothing but it's okay, injury is internal don't worry. ( I just felt so guilty and responsibile for choosing him(ajit) for decoration ) He said sorry but wind is not in our hands all that ( asked girl if she wanted to go to the hospital ).

Some things were missing like less lighting, flower from decoration were falling like rain, Owner commited vessels for catering but resisted saying vessels are for people in number of 1000 but not for lockdown crowd. We didn't choose catering from their suggestions so they just annoyed hell out of him (our catering guy) just saying place was unclean, clean it from Washing powder (nirma powder he said). Workers ( of lawns ) were somehow sympathetic towards us but not workable as there were doing other stuff. Even if I know he was not responsible for all the wind changing formation of the set but he never even considered to change it in normal way so it would be seen normal (as committed)

At the time of negotiations, he said I have to pay all for decoration and 10 days before event for lawns I agreed to pay all just on the promise ajit don't give any surprise on the time of event. He said don't worry I'll pay everything if you don't like my work. I said in terms of lighting don't compromise on lighting as lawns was huge, I'm ready to pay extra , he said he'll not compromise

But after all the drama, He had nerve to say extra lighting costed him extra 3000 so I have to pay him 3000 (Lighting was obviously less as he committed & No carpet on pathway ) I simply refused to pay. I never even considered to meet him at the time of departure As I was so disappointed in myself for trusting this kind of a man. I'm even rethinking if he was really MBA guy or just self-proclaimed event manager.

Atleast guests made my event so memorable, enjoyable.

So please rethink If you want to choose this venue for your event which will just give you...

A good Mangalkarya i.e. a wedding destination or hall situated in Bhugaon Area surrounding by a beautiful lake. A very spacious garden as well as hall and can hold large crowd to the tune of 2000+ people's. Besides it has a good capacity for serving lunch or dinner during marriage ceremony.
