Fab India is personally my favorite store for indian ethenic wear. We have always had a good experience in all the stores. Lately we went to athe store in vile Parle East n a few people there cause us some bad experiences. We rchd around 8:00 pm were looking at clothes in the women's section. The store people(particularly 2 people) kept coming to us and telling us, don't pull out clothes everything is displayed. We were very cautious in not messing up but still. N then when I ask them show me this one where is it hanging, this one particular guy named santhosh wud say hai ye nahi hai . Then after 5 mins he wud come again to say everything is displayed. Then from no where another guy whom they referred as master came n very rudely spoke n said everything is displayed. He was very rude. Atleast Santosh just kept coming back n saying everything is displayed but wasn't this rude. It was 8:30 by then . I understand 9:00 is closing time but u can't treat ur customers like this. All other staff as usual were very polite and smiling and helpful. But I think some might need some more training in the way to handle customers.
This is not to put down the store in vile Parle. I love this store. Will not stop coming cause of 2 rude fellows. Their store has the best textiles crockery n other home decor items for sale . All the other staff r really helpful...
ย ย ย Read moreItโs not an experience centre. Itโs a dead centre itโs an abusive centre. I went there to purchase lehenga for my daughter 4 year old they had total 3 options while showing that as well the attendant started folding the rest. After that I started checking saree collection meanwhile my daughter was playing and 2 attendants told her not to touch anything. I scolded her as well. Upon which she playing on the bed display then another 1 attendant came to point her out. Upon which he called another attendant to not touch anything. When I pointed out she is a kid she will touch in case anything is damaged I will pay for it. And when I pointed that please put a banner kids not allowed. Mr. Rizvi again picked an argument along with 4 other attendants. Such insensitivity towards bringing kids. Then ideally they should shut down. In total they had 3 customers including me. Pathetic just pathetic. Mr. Rizvi is so confident that even if you complain nothing will happen. And I am sure nothing happens. Fabindia staff has always this attitude. I have experienced it second time....

This place has a different kind of fragrance which is so soothing and they have a lot of the good stuff to shop. There is also a parking area outside the store. Staff here is super friendly and help in selecting the right fit. They also allow you to do video calls if required. In today's times its very rare. It's a bit expensive but you get a subtle collection and it looks rich when u wear it. Should try once. Happy...
