OYO 26978 Tuliip Domestic Airport Suites — Hotel in Mumbai

We informed already that check in will be in midnight but when we reach there Bedsheets and bedcover were not changed.

WiFi password informed, was wrong. After several trials in mid night, the receptionist told me it can be solved in morning, only after forcing him did he agree come upstairs and connect right the WiFi.

One girl came at midnight and she was sleeping in the living room, on the couch, without ac. Hotel staff and watch confirmed too. She left around 7:30am! Why was no room given to her?

Refilled drinking water was served, when I asked him why so, He answered we provide only refill water, then I ask him if it's like this then why one bottle is sealed! After which he changed his statement to say we only provide mineral water.

Hotel staff came at 9:30 to collect the used towel but did not provide a new one. Even when I requested for the towels at reception I didn't get them so had to leave the hotel without taking a bath.

We ordered 2 coffee in night and were served 1 coffee 1 tea.

Talked with manager, he accepted all shortcomings & he also called to make my trip. This stay was disastrous! I demand a refund...

Tulip Apartment Hotel in Vile Parle Tejpal Scheme Road no 4, is located in a perfect area that is calm and quiet but very near to the Western Express Highway. The place is constructed with the Apt Hotel concept and maintained nicely. Basic necessities are available. But needs improvement in the following.. There is no decision maker at the premise. All the decisions are taken by an owner (?) on telephonic communication, that is beyond understanding. People at the premises are not very professional. Rooms are not done in daily basis, may be done once only before you check in. Even for booking and invoices etc, one has to contact the owner(?)on the phone. WiFi did not work at all and even after calling many times, no one turned up. Had terrible experience at late night, when the room keys were not at the reception and no master key was available. When I booked this hotel online I was impressed by the review and pics.. but when I checked in hotel at 1 am then what I experienced was worst..At midnight it was difficult to find this so called suite as there was no board or name of Mint Domestic.even the neighbour didnt heard this name Mint Domestic. Its known by Ashok Apartment not Mint Domestic. I have travelled to many places including abroad but I have never ever seen hotel room without attached washroom. I have booked room for couple and they have provided separate single beds in room. When I enquired for the same they told that its apartment.I argued that I have paid 10 thousand rupees for decent room not an apartment with single bed and without attached washroom. Finally they agreed in next morning and provided proper room but I felt cheated because of this behaviour. I wont recommend this to anyone.
