Very bad approach by this people, i had purchased directly from this vendor my monthly grocery including 25 kg rice & jowar atta, dry fruits & many more in last week of feb 20 but when i raised my complaint about bad quality of jowar atta, dry fruits & rice was found mixed with low quality, they still not refunded me neither replaced it. Due to lockdown we were forced to use rice & dry fruits but atta i couldn't use as it tastes bitter but after 5 -6 times continues follow ups they still didn't replaced it. Now they r asking me to place fresh order then only they will replace it. This is unethical & blackmailing....

Its very bad, that people from Masjid bunder asked me to call for getting home delivery. When I called a guy named Mahendra, he said send the list of requirements in whatsapp. But when I asked on the day of delivery, I got feedback of they did not see that list. This is very hihg amount of irresponsibility and should not be tolerated by customers. In this way the sales will only get affected towards retail customers. When I will go to D'mart now, I will ask all other Dmart guys (friend is 1 grade manager there) not to market their products due to irresponsible behavior. I was seeking for...
