HOTEL CRYSTAL — Hotel in Mumbai

We totally disappointed 1st issue: I have booked 3 rooms a week before in gobibo and received confirmation.

When I came along with my family after hectic trip by 11.30 PM, the hotel manager gave a big shock that there is no rooms booked in you name and all rooms are full.

And later I showed the confirmation email from gobibo.. later he said there is problem with gobibo and we have not received the confirmation..when I said I'm going to raise complain , he himself called gobibo and later assined 3 rooms after 2 hours of waiting in midnight along with the family.

2nd It's very unsafe for family people during our stay, bunch of African origin people stayed and sitting near stairs smoking and taking some tablets. And we could see some powders spreaded in one of our room table.. which looks some abusive substance and bad odour comes...

I have come across Trustworthy, Clean & Tidy, Supportive, Friendly and very co-operative Hotel Crystal in all aspects to stay away from home. Feel like own house & hospitality was awesome! Recommend to stay again & again in the same Hotel which is well connected to Crawford Market & Muhammed Ali Road. Keep it up Mrs. Almas and team, very nice to meet you personally and thank you so much once again for everything. We have carried a suitcase of Memories from Mumbai!!

The hotel is very excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and there is a clean bathroom in each room, a refrigerator, a heater, a TV screen connected to the internet, free Wi-Fi, and split air conditioning. On the seventh floor there is a shared kitchen and very excellent services.
