Used to be a regular at Vasant Vihar, Basant Lok Blue Tokai. I've been to many other outlets of the branch in Delhi and they were all fine. However the staff at the café at Basant Lok is especially unprofessional. Besides the fact that they'd often forget about orders, and don't seem to care much about costumers, what struck me the most, and made me want to avoid the place in the future, is the fact that they'd let anyone in. People not even consuming in the café and instead bringing their food they've bought from street vendors are let in (altough a sign mentioning that outside food is not allowed, is put up in the café), while listening to music and watching videos on full volume, next to paying and actually consuming costumers. I sincerely hope Blue Tokai takes customer feedback seriously and ensures better hiring and training practices to uphold the standards expected from...

Most visitors do not look like guests of members. This rotten atmosphere is not seen even in the Blue Tokai cafe in the main Priya/...
