rst place to live, if you are not from Delhi. First of all the sevice here is leisurely, they don't care about your comfort, they care about their's. The staff is very rude to you.I stayed here around a month ago and before arriving there my sister had talked to the manager about early check-in. They came to a conclusion that I will have to pay 500 rupees extra to stay there. I checked in at about 5:30 in the morning. I had breakfast and didn't return till 7 in the evening. The person on the check-in counter (not the manager) started saying that you will have to pay more money to stay, I said I have already talked to the manager and I am not paying a penny more, but he kept talking to me in a rude manner and kept saying 'talk to the manager'. I went to the room, called the manager and he started saying that it's an early check in and you will have to pay more. I said but you have already talked to my sister about this, and then he started saying no we talked about 6 o clock in the morning, but you arrived at 5 in the morning. I wish my sister had recorded the phone call between them. As an 18 year old alone in Delhi for the first time I was helpless. Taking this as an advantage they scammed me about 1700 more. ||This place is a rat hole to stay. The manager is never on duty and by never, I mean it. The staff are very rude. ||These people are like vultures for money. If you wanna enjoy your stay, then don't keep...

Walkable distance from vasant vihar metro station. Close to many African and south American embassies.located in calm, quiet area||2. All rooms not same. I got 307 on top floor which was really hot and the window AC no good. When I complained I got 305, a better room with split AC. But there was water logging problem in bathroom which remained even after 14 days.||3. Towels are changed every day. Bed linen remained the same for 14 days. Toiletries, soap and shampoo, are provided daily. Newspaper is provided. Bottled water is not complementary but RO water is available. There is no electric kettle in the room. Rooms are cleaned daily well.||4. Hotel staff are courteous. Mr Bhageerath at front desk is very helpful.||5. Electrical fittings are old and need maintenance||6. No buffet system. You order the food. No dining hall. A table is available on 1st floor corridor to dine. Limited options in the menu. Options are further restricted for complementary breakfast. Food is tasty.||7. Stayed here for 12 days, on official trip. Long time to know the ins and outs of the hotel. The location is excellent, walkable distance to vasant vihar metro station and near to several African and south American embassies. The room I got in the beginning had a bad window AC which was hardly working. The room was on top floor and it was really hot. The hotel staff promptly changed my room the next day to a room with split AC.The room was good but the water in the bathroom was getting clogged. There was no solution to this problem till the end.||The hotel staff are courteous and very helpful. Mr Bhageerath at the front desk is always eager to help. The food is tasty.But the options available are limited. There is no buffet breakfast. You have to order the food. The options for complementary breakfast are even more limited. There is no separate dining hall. Laundary facility is available. But there is no spa or gym. In my package newspaper was provided everyday but there was no mineral water provided.
