DONT invest your hard-earned money in this project : Ask the salesperson about the built quality. 1.a Why an entire building is covered with a plastic sheet? 1.b Why the builder is not completing the remaining work like installation of video door phones, RFID access etc if 98% of the inventory is sold? 1.C Why don't they allow prospective buyers to talk to the residents? ( you know why: Because the prospective buyer will run away if they get to know about the leakage issues)

What happened to the 2 years maintenance fund collected by the builder? a. Why the housekeeping staff is not being paid? Do ask the guards yourself if you plan to visit the project. b. Why the common amenities are not maintained?

Why the existing owners are getting legal notices from JSK firm about non-payment even after getting the handover? ( because the builder has siphoned off money from legitimate transactions and not paying their lenders).

Builder has collected TDS from a couple of buyers and assured them that they will deposit it on their behalf. Guess what: Each one of them got a notice from the tax department as the builder never deposited the TDS.

It's a company that is destined to fall and shut down. Their comeback project (Marvel Piazza) is just another page in their never-ending...

Visited it twice since it was meeting our budget (3-Bhk) and seemed spacious. But, at the end of the day, the vibes was very cold. The landscaping is all good and perhaps nice for those only seeking tranquil (like Expats from other countries) but lacked nd the warm ambience. It had a very formal/cold touch and don't see how this setup can ever have a community feeling and liveliness. Definitely not for the folks in their 30s and 40s unless they're naturally 'lonesome type. Or you're a typical Delhi Lutyen type beurocrat with sober private parties, you might just fall for it. Marvel Piazza is very close to the new airport road near Viman Nagar. Though externally it looks good, the flats from inside are quite sub standard The fittings in the bathrooms fall out occassionally, the drainage system is not good. There is always a fouk smell in the bathrooms.

The maintenance charges are very high. If you are looking to buy out in this society for the price it's not worth it. Even rentals the greedy owners of the flat quote very high. Some even dump their maint chgs on the tenants.

Except from a convenient location, the rest of the boxes don't tick from a value...
