Shubh Gateway may seem like a well constructed building from the outside, functioning perfectly. However, the experiences of students and many others seem to paint another picture. Issues with electricity, water, waste disposal, security, basic safety and lack of respect. The society imposes arbitrary restrictions and the general society residents that are not students are inhospitable, making the place hostile. The security guards are well trained but the management, especially the higher rung of the society are highly unprofessional, disrespectful and has even assaulted students of which there is video proof. Even if a situation can be branded extreme, it is up to the administration to ensure that everyone is spoken to with respect and that it is resolved to the best and efficient manner. This builder n promoter are fraud n do unfair trade practice. Not providing flat booking refund.I had booked flat with M/s Shubh Developers and Promoters LLP in their Project Name " Shubh Gateway" at Airport Road Opp Symbiosis Law College Road. Booking done under the Advertised Campain ( Attached ) on 27th July 2020 with amount of INR 51000 + GST IN 2550/- for Flat No B1006 . During the booking there was no original booking form was handed over neither couriered to me and also the payment receipt was not handed over to me, only give the photo copy of booking form and cheq payment receipt with sale team signatory. When I am approach to Mr. Prateek Garg - GM Sales to cancel n refund of my booking amount they denied at all that we don't have such policy. Iam writing this note after a long wait as whatever we write needs to be of value to other readers. Shubh as a developer has a very poor after sales team where the CRM does not even pick up your calls nor are on top of their work. Since six months I've interacted with 3 customers executives(since the earlier ones left) without any proper handover). Minute work like shortage of tiles is taking more than 3 months of waiting with the kind of premium house they are building.
