Biggies Burger: Aero Mall — Restaurant in Pune

Biggies Burger is yet another entrant in Pune's Burger scene but it seems to have started off on the wrong side... I.e. Price vs. Value served.

Firstly I would say please train your staff to not stare at women customers! And secondly if they can guide the customers about the menu and the meagre portion size you get when taking a meal vs what you get with a Mc Donald's

We ordered a Veggie Cheese Bomb Burger Meal (₹369) with Chic-n-Cheese Fillet Burger (₹259) with a side of Chicken Wings which I asked for their spiciest sauce - El Diablo.

The Burgers were ready in 15-20 mins when there was no rush or even online orders. Well packed and presented they both tasted good. However the cheese in chicken was simply lacking... Again those geniuses did not even ask us for add on cheese slice lol.

The Crinkle Fries are crispy and taste good but the portion is sad... I mean this dispite paying a substantial amount on top. The drink portion and taste was a joke too... It was artificial and chemical tasting.

They gave two chicken wings 🤣 for ₹70 add on. Wow. The wings tasted the best out of the full menu but there was no El Diablo feeling... Hype!

Overall I give them 3/5 for food and feel like they need to rethink their prices or at least increase the combo sizes. The PR hype is easy but to sustain regular business is the real deal.

Will skip this for another Burger joint in the same...

I visited the place yesterday and ordered a simple aloo burger. I was appalled by the stingy attitude of the manager (will not blame the staff here as they are asked to do certain things by their bosses). The burger literally had small droplets of sauce inside spread on the edges just to make it appear as it has been added. Strategically done. Good that I opened the burger and confronted the manager, he had the audacity to say "Mam, itna hi sauce dalta hai, aapko chahiye toh aur le lo". A burger with a decent patty and bun, but the sauce smartly sprinkled on the edges. They replaced it but it was still the same. A bad, dry burger with absolutely nothing except for the patty inside. I recommend everyone to open their burgers before...

I was coming back from a trip and wanted ro grab a quick lunch before heading towards home. Based on the good ratings I decided to order from this joint. The menu is not exhaustive but it's pretty interesting. Especially I found the option of a mutton burger in their menu. I ordered the spicy double decker mutton burger. It took around 10 minutes to prepare. Though the name says spicy, it wasn't much spicy which is in a way good. The burgers were big enough and well cooked with lots of good flavours. The burger bun was fresh and the sauces elevated the taste of the burger. Overall I loved the burger and this is definitely recommended when you want to grab...
