Very very worst experience with one of your franchise in Viman Nagar Pune. I bought 2 boxes(1/2 kg each) of Roasted almond 7-10 days back. Since at the time of buying it was in frozen condition & perhaps that shop guys has also not checked the box with properly for any leakage or damage. He just took out from the chillier and packed it. After reached at home we kept it in fridge, on the second day when we took out those two boxes and just kept it for 10-15 mins one out of two boxes started leaking, there was damage from bottom of the pack. Incidentally we took photos of the boxes & tried to contact this shop but their number was not working & no alternate contact details available. When we visited the shop & narrated the entire episode with photos they asked me to show the damaged box. I told them that not sure whether that box would still be there. Unfortunately that box had been thrown by maid & we couldn't get it back. Second time I visited the shop and told them that box is not with us now and requested him for replacement he unnecessarily told us about the his rules with company & denied to give replacement.We were the regular customer at his shop but this experience was so pathetic & rude. Can't believe that you & your franchises are not empowered & customer centric enough that they could not afford to give replacement of Rs 275 ice cream pack. Third class...
