Nyati Group, is expected to set the standard for professionalism, transparency, and client support. Unfortunately, my experience as a customer of the Nyati ERA project tells a different story.
Over the last 3 years, I’ve seen repeated delays, vague communication, and a lack of ownership from the CRM team — all of which point to deeper gaps at the corporate level. Even with the RERA possession date approaching (30th June), there is still no confirmed handover timeline or clarity regarding the Occupancy Certificate (OC).
Attempts to get concrete answers from the CRM team — whether regarding possession, site visits, or soft possession for interior work — are often met with delayed or generic responses, showing a lack of urgency and empathy for the customer’s planning needs.
As a corporate office, Nyati Unitree should be driving accountability across its projects, but instead, it seems disconnected from what customers are actually going through. A more transparent and proactive CRM process is badly needed — one that reflects the values the Nyati brand claims to uphold.

Read moreToo big to handle, plus no marking, no direction, no parking lot. They have multiple wings but the tagging is not done showing east or west wing or block A, B, C... Plus no direction shown on ground floor. The main entrances are not marked properly. One can not guess either there is a glass door or just glass panels on main entrances ( lift area). The corridor near the lifts are not lit well and dusty, space is not properly used (just empty room). On upper floors, name plates of offices are mentioned, but on ground floor near lift entry points, some name plates should have been kept mentioning floor wise office names as there are multiple wings. I traveled upto 4th floor and then was informed that my destination was in West wing, I wasted 10 mins to reach there again as you have to return to ground floor again by compulsory taking lift only as there are no stairs. Even emergency doors are locked on some floors. Then finding the other wing was a tedious task as the entrance glass doors are not visible properly. Read moreI have seen very poor service form the security gard . I asked him I have to go in kotak bank pls corporate with me for just 5 mins but he said . Park your vehicle wherever you want.we don't have parking facility for visitors. And he was using very aggressive language towards me . If nyati unitree is unable to provide the facilities to the customer of them then why making this kind of building for the business. Whenever I visited this buliding for banking purpose I have paid fine for traffic police due to no parking area . Very very poor kind of service providers and also security staff is behaving like they are the actual owner of this premise
