A Memorable Fine Dining Experience at Exotica (AKA Zafraan), Yerwada, Pune

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Exotica, also known as Zafraan, located on the 7th floor rooftop of Panchshil Tech Park - Tower C in Yerwada, Pune. This fine dining establishment left a lasting impression on me with its exquisite ambience, impressive vegetarian cuisine, and attentive service.
The location of Exotica is simply stunning. Situated on the rooftop, it offers a captivating view of the surrounding area. The setting creates a serene and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a memorable dining experience. Whether it's a romantic evening or a gathering with friends, the rooftop ambiance adds a touch of elegance to the overall dining experience.
The restaurant primarily attracts a corporate crowd, which contributes to the sophisticated atmosphere. The professional and courteous staff members are well-versed in providing excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and attended to throughout their visit.
Now, let's dive into the culinary delights I savored at Exotica. To start, I indulged in the Vegetarian Manchow soup, which was rich in flavors and had a delightful balance of spices. The Spinach Cheese & Corn Roll was a delicious appetizer that pleased both the eyes and the palate. It was perfectly crispy on the outside, and the combination of spinach, cheese, and corn was truly delightful.
For a light and tasty accompaniment, I enjoyed the Masala Papad, which was crispy and served with a variety of tangy and spicy toppings. To complement the meal, I opted for the Fresh Tap Beer - Kingfisher Ultra, which was refreshing and perfectly chilled.
Moving on to the main course, I relished the Butter Naan, which was soft and had just the right amount of butter. The Paneer Lababdaar, a cottage cheese dish in a flavorful tomato-based gravy, was the highlight of the meal. The paneer was succulent, and the gravy was well-spiced, making it a satisfying and comforting choice. Accompanying the paneer was the Dal Zafraan, a lentil dish that was cooked to perfection with a delightful blend of spices. The Jeera Rice, fragrant and fluffy, provided a perfect pairing with the dal.
Overall, my experience at Exotica (AKA Zafraan) was fantastic. The combination of the rooftop setting, exquisite ambience, and delicious vegetarian cuisine made it a memorable dining outing. The restaurant caters well to the corporate crowd, ensuring a refined and enjoyable experience. While the service was attentive, a bit more promptness would have elevated the overall experience even further.
I highly recommend Exotica for those seeking a fine dining experience in Yerwada, Pune. The impressive menu, serene rooftop ambiance, and attentive service make it a noteworthy culinary...

The vibe and the view from the restaurant were truly remarkable. The ambiance was perfect, with a lively yet relaxed atmosphere that made it an ideal spot for both casual dining and special occasions. The decor was tastefully done, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment that immediately puts you at ease.
The food quality did not disappoint either. Every dish was prepared with great care and attention to detail, resulting in flavors that were both rich and delightful. From appetizers to desserts, the menu offered a diverse range of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. Each bite was a testament to the culinary expertise of the chefs, making the dining experience truly memorable.
However, it's worth noting that the restaurant is on the pricier side. While the quality of the food and the overall experience justified the cost to some extent, it might not be the most budget-friendly option for everyone. The slightly higher prices reflect the premium ingredients and the exquisite presentation of each dish.
Despite the cost, the overall experience was well worth it. The combination of good vibes, a stunning view, and high-quality food makes this restaurant a must-visit for any foodie looking to indulge in a special dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to treat yourself, this restaurant offers an experience that is sure to leave a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was a horrible experience for us. At first, food was not great in taste. Starting from starters to main course, food was tasteless and the prices are way too high. We are frequent eaters and have almost covered all in Pune. Try Spice factory in Kharadi, it has better interiors than Exotica, great ambience and super food and that too in lesser price. Secondly, there was a family who was sitting next to us, finished their dinner and started clicking pictures. Taking pictures was not a problem but they circled our table and they were like 10 people and they forgot that we are also eating dinner. What I didn't like was there were about 4 staff who are just standing next to us but none of us took a stand to tell that family to step away. I told this to two of their staff to tell them to step away because we are getting disturbed but both of them ignored me and finally I bursted out and called the general manager. Lastly, when we finished our dinner and reached at the parking and I gave parking slip to the wallet, he handed me the key and my car was parked about 200 meters away. I was so upset that when we came you took the car from us and ideally while leaving as well they should have bought my car but looks like that's their way of treating their customers. I'm not going their ever again.
And yes, I realized one more thing. We asked them to pack our left over from Butter chicken. They packed in such a way that by the time we could reach the lift, it was leaked and my sister's dress was...
