As a self-proclaimed aficionado of Pan-Asian cuisine, I'm thrilled to discover Kimchi, a hidden gem in Pimpri Chinchwad that's been tantalizing my taste buds π€©.
There's something about the bold flavors, vibrant colors, and varied textures of Asian cuisine that resonates with Indian palates, don't you think? π€
For years, I've been craving a reliable, mid-range Oriental kitchen in our neck of the woods π . No more trekking to Baner High Street or burning a hole in my pocket! πΈ Kimchi's arrival has been a game-changer, and I couldn't wait to celebrate my husband's birthday π with our little tribe πͺ. It was Valentine's Day & the place was full till we ordered our food.
Our dinner experience was nothing short of spectacular! π€© We devoured:
π Tandoori Chicken: A classic Indian dish, came from the grill special Jack grillz. It's our favourite here. Tender, smoky chicken drum sticks went down in few minutes.
π Barbeque Wings: Sweet, sticky, and utterly addictive, these wings had us all clamoring for more π.
π₯ Hot Wings: Spicy, and indulgent, these wings packed a punch that left our mouth watering literally.
π Tom Kha Soup: A creamy, coconut-based Thai soup that warmed our hearts and bellies, with tender chicken and fragrant lemongrass β€οΈ.
πΏ Lemongrass & Basil Chicken chilli: A symphony of Thai flavors, with chicken cooked to perfection and infused with the brightness of lemongrass and the subtlety of basil. Thai take on chinese chicken chilliπΈ.
π Ramen Bowl Chicken: A comforting, steaming bowl of Japanese goodness, with springy noodles, rich broth, and juicy chicken that hit all the right spots π. This was our first time to taste Ramen.
π Classic Chicken Fried Rice: A simple yet satisfying Chinese staple, cooked to a perfect golden brown and bursting with wok-fried flavors π. This was a show stopper. Being a simple & minimum on the ingredients only seasoned chef can pull off the magic of fried rice. β¨ Even Uncle Roger will approve this fried rice π―
Kimchi, you've stolen our hearts (and taste buds)! π We can't wait to return and explore more of your culinary wonders!

Firstly, the service element is painfully and heartbreakingly slow. They took nearly 40 mins to bring to the table a simple Chicken fried rice, an American Chopsuey, a Mongolian pot chicken and a Kari Kapitan prawns- and mind you the restaurant footfall was average so no overload on the kitchen for sure.
Mongolian pot and Kari Kapitan was a put off since the first one was unpalatable and Kapitan was too sour. American Chopsuey and fried rice were typically tasty as in all their brethren Chinese eateries.
Also ordered a steamed rice which took ages and arrived once the side dishes were finished.
Staff suffers from selective amnesia I guess and unless you beckon them and remind they won't be around and also are very capable of the occasional cold shoulders that stewards in old Chinese restaurants are so infamous for.
Unless you are a stickler for such unsettling places, not recommended...
