Om Shanti Foods — Restaurant in Telangana

One of the worst places in this area. Since there is no other veg restaurant available nearby for so many years, people walk into this horrendous hotel. Especially, the dine in restaurant staff behavior is rude & they don't switch on the AC & food is served at their convenience (with so much delay). Coming to the kitchen staff, people think of a vegetarians hotel atmosphere by seeing the name as if it's a traditional udupi but it's just 3rd graded atmosphere. Finally, walk in at your own risk. Very very poor standards of hygiene. Plates & glasses are also not cleaned well. Save yourselves guys. Walk in at your own risk. Just now I happened to order tomato rice, they said they are making it and it took 15 mins. After that they serve a pile of tomato rice which is absolutely cold to touch??!!! I approached the bill - counter person instead of addressing my issue properly. He was yelling at staff and roaming inside the kitchen to avoid me. In India some places people spit in food and some places like these give food which looks like left overs. I got the same feeling here as well! Earlier I had food here long back, but today I am disappointed by this senior gentleman at the counter, who just focussed on escaping. Seeing this name "Om Shanti" I went there. They taught me a lesson that piousness lies in the heart and never get carried...

Worst service and pathetic management.my friend said its a good place for food. We ordered veg meals...They served morning food which is near to be thrown. Asked the same no answer the staff is rude....Waiter came with menu card after 15 mins...took order after 20 mins...Came with food after 30 mins...asked the reason for delay...He gave me a look as he is giving it for free...Spoke to the manager abt the same after coming down...He was least bothered...One this they have become famous and land mark of the area and the are least bothered abt food quality and service...If u r looking for quality food and good customer service and respect...pls don't go to this restaurant...Rest is up to...
