Treebo Premium Metropolis — Hotel in Hyderabad

The hotel is easily accessible from the local metro station about 1 km away. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. We had booked a room for one night. Check-in times are ridiculously at 12. What are people who come early to a place supposed to do? Apparently pay ₹1500 extra for early check-in. The room was decent. The locking system is all sensor based with a smart card. No key hassles We had booked a mahogany premium room, which has a hall with an open kitchenette, a bedroom and a common toilet. The hall is spacious with a 3 seater sofa and two comfortable single seaters. There's also a TV with dish connection service. There's a foldable bed installed on one of the walls in the hall. We had requested for an additional bed which came in the form of a moveable model on wheels. It was light to move around. A tiny study table has some complimentary instant coffee powder with milk powder and tea bags, two small bottles of water and a mini electric kettle to make some tea or coffee. We tried making coffee, which was a failure. The kitchenette has a mini fridge without any drinks pre filled. There are some cabinets if you want to store something. The sockets in the kitchen are some unique wide spaced pin types which no regular device can use. The general lack of sockets in the entire room is appalling. The bedroom has a single master bed with side tsbles and a full length mirror. The bedroom is air conditioned as well as the hall. The bedroom also has a TV with dish service. There is a wardrobe in the passage to the toilet. The shelves are fixed at really odd sizes that a shirt cannot be hung properly from a hanger. The finish on the doors are quite sharp and you may get a cut or two. The toilet is decently sized with a large counter lined with the necessary toiletries. There's an enclosed shower cubicle as well. The spray by the water closet had unnecessary high pressure which was uncomfortable to use. Water wasn't as warm as could have been expected after paying such a ridiculous amount. The flooring inside the shower cubicle wasn't sloped properly. So the water just stood there quite stagnant. There are 7 floors in the entire establishment with a dining hall at the 3rd floor with some meeting rooms as well. The complimentary breakfast was average. It was a buffet system and food was semi hot. Although there was variety, there could have been more quality. The management helped us out with keeping our luggage in the cloak room as we had planned to check out early the next day and visit a few places nearby. They were courteous enough to let us use the larger washroom on the third floor as we had to change chothes for a late venue after which we had to return to the hotel to change once more before we left the city. The quality of lighting can improve in the reception and waiting lobby to make it more bright and cheerful. Overall the rooms could have been better, had the basics been taken care of as...

At Metropolis Hotel... Well Organized Service, Restaurant service is good it's taste is better than other Restaurants... Room Service, Cleanliness, Hygienic... They provide other services and Facilities too... They Maintain it in a Good way That the outsider will be impressed by there interior design and from outside it's a huge Apartment, the cleaners & management staff of this Hotel, Communicate well with the customers and with Residents they are well mannered, they Respect Each other and Everyone and Respond Quickly for any Service to the customer + Well dressed up.... By the way in the hotel Washrooms are also maintained clean everything is perfect and at 7th floor there are Two separate prayer [Namaz] rooms for Boys and Girls... Hotel is full of Ac... The temperature is also standard maintained well, that you will not feel so cool its norm + it feels really very Nice or feels good from inside the body when standing in Ac at the temperature.... I suggest you (or) recommend you to just go for once a while to the Hotel to Experience the inner atmosphere of the Hotel and When you Experience it you will notice some flaws and perfections I mean to say you will see some positive and negative things [Advantages & Disadvantages] because in this whole world there is no one perfect likewise no Hotel is perfect... This Hotel is my opinion because I have Experienced it... It's on you that the Hotel suits you or not... If not you can choose many other better Hotels than this, By the way... If you want to know something personal about me that is I have stayed in this Hotel for one month That's why I have been writing it so long.... In this Hotel many auditoriums are there which you can use it for any Education purpose [ I mean to say if you are a trainer you can conduct classes here it will be really wonderful] and function halls are also present by that we can arrange or set a party or we can celebrate ceremony and many things can be done there it's all upon you... As we were looking for a good place to stay near Secunderabad railway station, my company's travel counter booked us for Treebo Select Metropolis for 4 nights between December 22 to 25, 2017 at Treebo Select Metropolis. I was pleasantly surprised to note that Hotel United 21 (old name) had undergone a facelift. The entire old staff had been let go. After staying closed for nearly two months, the new hotel opened up with even better services. The reason for 5 stars is: The hotel offers complimentary breakfast among all 81 rooms : Standard Deluxe and Premium Free Wi-Fi access Free toiletries (with quality toothbrush and toothpaste) Air-conditioning is superior Hot water experienced all the time in bathroom. Free DTH connection with flat screen television sets Elegant furniture Room 512 is disabled friendly and is accessible by elevator 4 banquet halls, a party lounge, 2 board rooms for meeting and an in-house restaurant. It is a stone's throw-away (500 metres) from both Secunderabad bus station (1 km approximately ) and Secunderabad Railway station (650 m). Efficient room service with courteous staff.
