One noticeable aspect is the moderate footfall, which allows for a relatively peaceful and comfortable shopping experience. While the mall may lack the bustling crowds found in other establishments, this can be seen as a positive for those seeking a more relaxed environment to browse and shop at their own pace.

Although some shops were closed during my visit, there were still a good number of operational stores to explore. The variety of available options ensured that visitors had choices in terms of fashion, electronics, and other retail categories. While additional occupancy would enhance the overall shopping experience, the existing selection provided a satisfactory range of choices for visitors.

The mall's design and ambiance, while lacking a distinctive theme, still managed to create a pleasant environment. The spacious layout and cleanliness contributed to a comfortable atmosphere, allowing visitors to move around easily and enjoy their time at the mall.

The mall looks good, and has a bright future ahead by keeping the location in mind where it is situated. The main problem I face here is the casual attitude of the staffs and security guards it has. Just giving 2 examples below, however, there are many but giving only 2 examples for now...

The road in front of it was getting repaired and it is not a good idea to travel by that road. We had an option to avoid it by not going that way and it can be easily instructed from the exit gate. But the security guards, staffs are just sitting inside and they don't even care where the customer is going the very moment they comes out of exit gate (which is natural) but at least they can guide the people not to go left and instead take right!! Afterall, we are there to visit the mall only...as there is nothing else apart from that!!! Hope you got my point. BE MORE SENSIBLE AND RESPONSIBLE..

I could see people were smoking inside the mall, especially in the car bay area. It means again, staffs and security guards have proved their hopelessness!!

Gave 2 stars because it is clean, has some great shops and multiplexes but this mall don't have a decorum and...

In the heart of the town stands a large mall. Yet, despite its potential, it now finds itself nearly empty, with only a handful of visitors. The reason lies in the financial instability that plagues the local/poor/illiterate non IT population. With limited job opportunities and stagnant wages, their priorities are focused on essential needs like housing, food, and healthcare. As a result, discretionary spending on non-essential goods, often found in the mall's stores, is simply out of reach for many.This economic strain is evident in the number of shuttered shops and the absence of crowds. Store owners face the difficult decision of either cutting their losses or holding on in hopes of better days.

Meanwhile, potential rich customers from IT background also pass by, aware of the mall's offerings but usually don't partake as store owners don't keep quality products because there is no guarantee that they will sell or not.Its deadlock...
