33 Downtown Restaurant Cum Bar — Restaurant in West Bengal

Our visit to 33 Downtown was a complete disaster from start to finish. Here’s a breakdown of the horror show:

Chicken Sweetcorn Soup: The sweetcorn was stale and lacked any sweetness. The entire preparation was subpar and tasted awful.

Drums of Heaven: This was recommended by our waiter, but it turned out to be stale and the chicken was black inside. When we informed the waiter about the old chicken, he nonchalantly replied that it wasn't "that old." Unbelievable!

Main Course: Chicken: Bland and dripping with oil. Completely unappetizing. Naan: Served cold. When we complained, the waiter took it back only to return with the same cold Naan, stating that the manager/chef insisted we eat it. Only after further complaints did they finally replace it.

The entire meal was a series of disappointments, compounded by the waiter's “Given up on management” attitude and the manager's audacity to refuse basic customer service. We left feeling utterly dissatisfied and pledged never to return.

I had gone to 33 downtown around last month with my mom, I am not sure what is wrong with the female manager (maybe owner) of this eatery, she had approached us two times for feedback/ for asking us to come again, both the times she completely ignored me and only addressed the other person I came with, she didn’t once look towards me or ask for my feedback or anything, on the other hand she had her back towards me , she really needs to learn people skills, when asking for feedback or approaching the table, you address all the customers in that table. This is ironic since I was the person who was paying for the bill/ giving the order.

Never ever go to this restauremt , redicules food , redicules staff wo badtmeezi se baat kremge or chillayemge aap pe .I went there with my family , I ordered some food . Bt they have given the wrong item. When I objected then they said yhi khana padega cancel nhi hoga , I requested then chef told khana hai tho yhi khao wrna jao, and remaining all staff came and united and started shouting on us , the manager started calling somebody ye kehke ki thik hai ruko btata hun .
