Today I had a pathetic experience in this store. I am a senior citizen . I went to this store along with my wife. Sharing below experience I had in this store.

I took one item from the shelf and after going to counter I gave 200 rupees in counter. After that the sales person in the counter told the price seems more than what I said. So he went to check in the shelf. After returning he refused that you didn't pay the amount. Then he asked me to wait for sometime. Then he closed that counter and went inside to check whether the amount paid or not. After 10-15 minutes he did not return so I asked other person to check. Then after nearly 20 minutes the first guy came and said we can't find that note but you take it and the tone of that guy seems like they are freely giving me. They kept us waiting for almost one hour and they did not check the cctv footage even after telling multiple times.
