Very bad behaviour of the person sitting at the billing desk or the cash counter. The man sitting at the billing desk is very rude to the customers. My friend and I went to the store for having breakfast. He went to wash his hand and used the washroom as there was no instruction written that the washroom was "Only for store staff". The cashier who was near the washroom door very rudely told one of the store employees "Is this a place to use the washroom/toilet?". He could have just politely told us not to use the washroom as it is only reserved for store staff. Protested against this rude behaviour vehemently at the store.
