I recently purchased a Bear 650 here. The delivery was prompt and made on the promised date. However, everything else has been a mess. I specifically want to mention the sales executive, Mr. Ashwin, who was completely unresponsive. His attitude made it seem as if I had received the bike for free.
First, regarding the number plate fix, they never reached out to me. I had to keep calling and asking when I could come in to get it fixed, but they were lethargic in their responses. After a week, I went there directly and got it fixed myself.
I also ordered a brace pad as an accessory with the bike purchase. They took their own sweet time delivering it, so I visited the showroom again to check. Mr. Ashwin told me that a new brace pad was available at the service center, and I had to take him along with me in my bike there to get it fixed. However, when I arrived, he showed me a 2021 manufactured brace pad that was damaged. I requested a new one, and he brought out a used piece.

I am writing to formally express my frustration and deep disappointment regarding the persistent issues with my Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the lack of timely support from the Nexas Service Centre in Chennai.
It has been over four months since I first reported several problems with my bike to the service centre. Despite multiple follow-ups, no effective action has been taken to resolve these issues. The delay and inaction have not only caused inconvenience but have also raised serious concerns about the reliability of after-sales service.
To make matters worse, I am now experiencing new problems with my bike, which I believe are a direct result of the carelessness and poor maintenance practices at the Nexas Service Centre.
I kindly request that my complaint be escalated immediately and that a proper inspection and resolution be arranged without any further delay. I have always trusted the Royal Enfield brand, but this experience has severely affected my confidence.

ย ย ย Read moreI am sharing my personal experience with this show room, I enquired about the new 350 black colour availability on 01.01.2024 with Mr. Arun balaji, he confirmed 350 bullet black colour is available and it will be delivered within 10 days, same day I visited the show room and Arun balaji was explained end to end process clearly, same day I booked a new bullet 350. I have done the payment process and paper work on 04.01.2024. The next day(05.01.2024) registration is completed and the bike has delivered in the evening. The entire process has been completed within 5 days, This was a wonderful experience for me which is an unforgettable moment Special thanks to Arun balaji, Understand the customer expectations and deliver the same in a quick manner I appreciate the efforts ๐๐๐.
Note: before I get into this show room, I visited and enquired 4 to 5 show rooms( I don't want to mention the name)in chennai, they said the waiting period for a new bullet is 30 days to 45 days
