The basic expectation of stepping in to Ganga Sweets Hotel is to have Tasty, Quality, Hot food at reasonable price.

I am recording my dissatisfaction as this particular outlet has repeated this for the 2nd time.

The food was not hot, when I complained about this to the waiter, he said it's straight from the kitchen, when I asked him to heat it, he just repeated the same words which is defeating the purpose of stepping in to your hotel.

If you can't serve the food hot, then why should I come to your hotel in the 1st place?

Ganga Sweets can either ignore this feedback or take corrective action, bill is attached for reference.

In Ganga sweets: For 1st one month, they are giving 25% discount. Tried most sweets, chats and savory items. For now all decent, especially in discounted prices, not sure if its worth with actual prices. For chats, i tried baba papadi chat, it was too sweet. So i wouldn't recommend it. For pani puri, the pani was too salty. In pava bhaji, i felt butter was little too much, may be others will like it.

In Ooty vegetables and fruits: there is no discount, but prices are reasonable, i am guessing this is for only 1st month. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and well maintained, have to see if it continues. Hope they keep reasonable prices post 1st...
