Falafel Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We are a regular customer of this restaurant.. Today when we went to buy some takeaways for lunch,we saw their packing style and shocked... while packing tandoori chicken,one piece fell down from the plate in to the floor (very dirty) and the person without any hesitation, took it from the group and put it in the packing cover.. When I asked, how can he do such thing,the person in the counter,say no problem we can take it out.. When I asked how do you know, which is the piece which fell on the floor...he has no answer..later they prepared another set of tandoori chicken...

It was so disgusting to see the attitude of the staff . already so many issues are on the air regarding meat,these kind of activities still worsen the situation..

Unless, these kind of attitude change.. these kind of restaurant will not be able to have long lasting business with clients...

Please stop...

My worst experience ever and felt bad ,my bill no is 109 table 7a , me and my friend ordered at 9.30 pm combo 1 (parota 2 nos ,gravy and lemon mint)and one chicken biriyani .they brought orders but lemon mint was not there ...but parota and gravy was good ,but biriyani was too much cold and worst ever ..and i conplained to the staff supervisor .i said any way you placed we also touched the food .we finish this food but i requested him not to serve this cold biriyani to other customer .in five minutes he started to serve that cold biriyani to other customers omg ..when i tried to complain to manager he also busy.seriously i got irritated and here after should not come to this restaurant .....as my humble request if your going pls dont order biriyani in...

Had a best tasty dinner on spl occasion after a long search of a hotel at Anna Nagar, Chennai. Hospitality was good, Atmosphere was good but could have been better, Cleanliness was the highlight. Most importantly the cost of food was reasonable. Chicken Biryani was soo good with Brinjal Curry. Mutton Curry with Butter Naan was so tasty and mutton was so well cooked 👌🏾. Fun fact was we ordered Prawn Dragon but it was served with Prawn Pepper fry instead which was so tasteful and opened our blocked noses 😜. I would recommend ppl visiting this hotel and enjoy delightful dinner. Soft drinks like Flavoured soda's are also available here, 4 adults drank...
