complimentary pickup was great and very much appreciated and the driver picked us up from Nirwana resort early so as to reach the appointment in time.

the moment my family and i reached the spa, we were greeted with friendly, professional staff that served us chia seeds infused lemongrass drinks while waiting for our treatment to start.

my therapist Suci took very good care of me during my Ulimate Bliss treatment and made sure i was comfortable throughout.

afterwards, we were served with a tasty lapis desert and ginger tea with a ride back to our hotel. 20/10 very much enjoyed and very much relaxed after the spa, will come back...
