From start to finish, this was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had in my entire life. They offer a free pick up and drop off service within the areas surrounding the spa. They have several amazing packages that are absolutely worth the value. My fiancee and I were staying at a resort which had a couples spa treatment that was like $400 for only 2 hours. When we saw the price at Frangipani, we knew that we would be getting a better deal. The staff are trilingual (Indonesian, Japanese, and English). We did their half-chakra treatment which was 3 hours long. They included an amazing welcome drink, warm towel, and overview of what would be included in the treatment. We were also allowed to pick the massage oil that would be used during the treatment. They had 15 different massage oils and a printout showing the different benefits of each. We were then lead into a beautifully decorated massage room where there were two bath tubs, a shower, and two massage beds. We were given beautiful silk kimonos to wear before getting ready. Because we booked through the LINE app, we were given a free 15 minute massage where they focused on one area of our choice. I chose the bamboo massage with the focus on my shoulders. It was a nice lead in to what would come next. 60 minute Balinese massage with professional masseuses who knew exactly what they were doing. We then received a 45 minute hot stone massage, followed by a 45 minute facial. Then, we were given a rose petal filled tub for 30 minutes. They even spelled our names with different colored rose petals. It was truly an amazing and deeply relaxing experiences. I highly recommend booking with them. They mostly cater to Japanese customers and I went with my Japanese fiancee, but I think their English is good enough to help anyone! I'm not sure what makes this place have so much good rating. Yes the place was good, the staff was nice but the massage itself was average. the pressure was fine, but they massage too long on certain areas which makes me feel more tired being massaged on 1 area at a time.

For the room itself, the room was nice, they have tub and shower inside the room which is nice but when we entered the room, I find it difficult to smell the aromatheraphy, it feels like they are not using at all which is disappointing. even the soap for the shower and the oil for the massage is not have much scent.

They gave us like 30 minutes for us using the tub and shower but it feels like I only can use the tub for 10 mins or so because we have to rush to shower and change our clothes before they kicked us out lol! I'm scared. ya I know they have to prepare the room for another guest but they have so so many rooms to spare and not that many guest is around. it feels like only 2-3 guest is there and yet they have to warn us like that before we take the shower. it's a big NO-NO for me.

For the price-wise, their original price was 700k for 90 mins massage and 30 mins flower bath which is BS!! please, pleaseee just find another Spa if you have to pay this much!!! butttttttttttttt...if you got this deals for 150k or so, for the facilities and their service, this price is fair. In spite of that is a big NO-NO for me.

受けた結論から言うと… 100点満点中の70点かなー 安いし、バリ島旅行の記念に♪…位の。 でも、スパ自体はバリ島に行ったら絶対やるべき！ 日本なら、この価格でこの内容はあり得ないもん♪

100点満喫ーにならなかったのは…

理由1、施術技術。

一生懸命・丁寧にやってくれてる感は、ひしひし伝わってきます。 でも、ツボに来ない？ゾクゾクしない？

下手ではないものの、可もなく不可もなく。 人気のスパってフレーズに期待し過ぎたなのー？ 足マッサージで言えば、ホテル近辺で飛び込みで入ったマッサージ屋さんの足マッサージ1時間75ルピアの方が上手だった。

特に、フェイスマッサージは力加減が強く、日本でフェイスエステした事のある方なら驚くかも。 言葉の通り「フェイスマッサージ！」って感じで、繊細さなし。 クレンジングを拭き取るとき、こすられる感じ。 マッサージ最後に保湿クリームを塗ってくれますが… その後の施術でクリームが取れるのか？フェイスマッサージの施術自体に潤いを与える要素がないのか？… 全施術終了後、体はベタベタで顔はパサついてました。 フライト前に、自前の保湿クリーム必要。

理由2 シャワーブースの排水口がつまってる！ 更に、シャワーが天井からの固定式で良く流せない。

ベタベタだから、良く洗って流したいのにシャワーが天井からのサラサラ水流で良く流せない。 流したい部分に、シャワーが当たらない。 でもって、汚れた水が足元で溜まってる(T_T) こんな条件の狭い1つのシャワーブースに主人と二人でシャワータイム。 ベタベタ、落ちません。 ベタベタと時間に必死で…恥じらってる場合ではない！ 最後は、諦めました。

全体の流れは↓。

出発前に、ホームページから直接予約。 帰国日に予約。 午前中ショッピング→12時ホテルチェックアウト→12:30ホテルお迎え→スパ13時予約。

ホテルに迎えに来た男性は、日本語がお上手で優しげな好印象のドライバーさん。 クタ地区のホテルから、車で30分程度で到着。

到着後、受付で簡単な説明を受け、支払い。 インドネシアのカード決算は、3%加算されるんだってー。 ここで、ミニのクリームバスプレゼント頂きました。 貴重品を鍵付きロッカーに預けて、別室へ。 ↑の受付の女性は、日本語でOK。 ただ、少し怖い。 受付のエントランスは、キレイです。 ロッカーブースには、ドレッサーにドライヤーや簡単な整髪料も置いてありました。 施術終了後に、ここでメイクも出来そう。

別室では、お茶とお茶菓子が出され、施術内容・使用するオイル・食事メニュー・食事のタイミングの選択をします。 ↑は、日本語説明。

↑が終われば、施術室に移動。 私達は、スマホと施術後の着替えは、別室へ持って行きました。 施術着・紙パンツに着替えて、施術開始。 タイムウォッチでスタート！

施術のお姉さんは、日本片言です。 マッサージに必要な単語以外は、通じません。
