I just like to say I have been going to this Chinese for years and years and I always found it to be the nicest Chinese takeaway in Galway by a mile. We I'm afraid your standards and your reputation is slipping massively and it's by no means down to your food because that's still so beautiful and delicious to eat. Well first off you got really greedy if I'm honest because you went from an average priced Chinese to probably one of the most expensive Chinese in Galway and that's not a lie your prices have went through the roof. Secondly the woman you hired behind the counter is very rude and not a nice person at all to deal with she overcharged me 5 times already on your over priced food if she done it to me I can only imagine how many more people she done it too and she keeps adding food that wasn't clearly ordered on a mistake due to her incompetence and charged for food you never ordered and it's freezing cold. When it was said to her not as much as an apology. Thirdly I rang for a takeaway tonight and I can tell you it will be the last time I will ever order from here again the same lady every answered the phone on me tonight 7 times and told me to hold she would deal with me in a minute ya right she put the phone down on the counter top her way of putting me on hold while she kept taking orders off people who only walked through the door not to mention taking orders off people whom I clearly heard ringing on the other phone all this going on while I was left there waiting she done this 7 times to me tonight. If you ever consider yourself a respectful Chinese again I'd seriously consider her job at front of house very disrespectful not to mention the hundreds of euros she...

I have ordered from here many times, the food is quite nice. As I have children I usually get the Megabox, it is under €12 and my kids share it. They are not keen on the ribs, they are so tiny. They like everything else. I am not a fan of all the fried chicken, so I have some chips with the lovely garlic and chillis and peppers, I steal all those little pieces. I had a few bad megaboxs over the years of ordering mainly ribs, I began to realise the closer to opening time, the more chance of a bad box, I felt that some of the food may be reheats from the night previously, so I left ordering until after 8pm and all was ok. Maybe that isn't the case anymore, nice curry and chinese sauce comes with the box. I have recommended the megabox to my family and friends and they go there and I also recommended the prawn toasts yummy, nice noodles. Ordered a mega box and some sides . Food is inedible. Chicken wings and ribs genuinely must have been cooked days ago, no sign of life in them whatsoever , probably been under a hot lamp or reheated multiple times . Chips were rock hard . Chicken balls were only thing possibly cooked fresh but again they were just the best of a bad bunch . Noodles and rice were tasteless.
