Worst delivery service and customer service I have ever experienced in my life, do no order food from the glenageary store.
I gave them the benefit of a doubt the first two times we had problems with them but this time was a complete disaster. We ordered our food around 1am our food said it was out for delivery as we waiting an hour we then tried calling the store 6 times there was no asker our food had now said it was deliver but still no food at around 2am we tried calling again and still no after or food kept trying every 20 mins until 3am and yet still no food, we then decided to go to sleep and call when the store opened the next day to ask if they would deliver the food at 7pm but make the pizzas large and we’re told to call at 8pm when the manager from the store would be in we called at 8pm and were told it was too busy and to call at 9pm we then called and they put us on hold and hung up few mins later 4 times at this point I was annoyed as I didn’t get my food or money back I called again I asked to speak to the manager or I’d drive down myself finally got hold of the manager and asked to deliver the food or give me a refund I got cheek back and was told I’d get a refund no sorry just and ok you will get a refund and they hung up on me
The fact this is a regular thing for me and I can’t order food is disappointing and the manament of this store...

After a mistake with a delivery - we didn't receive what was ordered, we phoned and spoke to the manager who acknowledged the mistake said they would credit our account for our next order or we could wait 30 mins for the missing item. The next time we phoned to place an order the manager (Same one we spoke to the last time - Deep/Deepak I'm not 100% sure) refused to honor his promise as he "couldn't find a reference to it on our account". Their store was obviously busy the first day we originally ordered leading to the error and compounded it by not making a note of our complaint and their attempt to fix it on our account.
Do not support this branch of Dominos - they do not value their customers and would prefer to argue with them rather than resolve and make good their previous blunders.
I was honestly shocked at the ambivalent attitude of the manager - if this is how he is front of house when dealing with a customer problem, I'd hate to think how the rest of the business is run...
Read moreTried to order a pizza on the website and it came up saying error and asked did I want to try order again, I closed the page and decided I'd call them instead, before calling I checked my account and realised money had been taken but got no confirmation, when I called I was placed on hold and the call dropped, tried a second time and it happened again, called a third time and was advised if we didn't get a confirmation email we should get a refund the next day, checked my account the next day and no refund which I assumed was because it was a bank holiday but checked again today and still no refund, I wouldn't mind if I got any sort of response but essentially my money was just taken and I've gotten nothing in return, not the first time we've received poor service from dominos but it will be the last because I certainly won't be ordering...
