I've been a few more times and today is just the day I was most disappointed, to begin with it, they raised the price which was fair for what they started to serve at the beginning, double tortilla, onion and potato, the last times I’ve been there they only give you one tortilla, and very little onion and potato, I understand that it is better for them to put it extra, but it is supposed that at least came with a little, today there were a little busy which is normal I guess, Lupillo was not there and the treatment we received especially from the person who was on the grill, was not the best, we were very understandable to wait a long time for our order, for the same reason that there were no tables we decided to go to the bar next door and when we came back and asked for my order, I was directly told by the person at the grill to come back in 10 minutes, my surprise when I did, he told me you were the one with the tacos, they are already cold, my order to start was not even complete since there were three of us and the tacos that were cold were just for one person, It wasn't until I told him you told me they were ready in 10 minutes, he changed his mind and offered to heat them up again, we were only given half of the order, he offered to take the rest to the bar, which we appreciate but when I was about to eat them, I realized that I didn't have any onions or potatoes, Which is supposed to come included, not to mention that I paid for extra and got nothing but tacos with a single tortilla, I went to ask for the extra I paid and the attitude of the person at the grill was just to take my tacos and give them back to me with two potatoes and some onion, not worth it for 3 euros extra, not even a sorry in that moment, I felt like they were doing me a favor and I paid for that, They had become my favorite tacos and to be honest I don't feel like going back as I was doing, I hope they have a better organization and hire more staff, it's not enough to have just two people in front.

Had to amend this review slightly from 4 stars to 5 stars overall, following trying al Pastor recently in another Dublin restaurant, and was not good.

Been here around 7 times since it opened in late 2023.

The different blends of salsas are a really nice surprise and super tasty.

Recently tried the Tacos de Canasta, didn't seem as tasty.

Taughts include; -Chile, carrots and salad mix was very nicely textured dressed/seasoned/flavoured.

-Tortillas were dry, a little hard and chewy
