I have been ordering food here for years and I am really disappointed today. Customer service has really gone down hill. Today I ordered my meal and delivery driver forgot to bring a can of coke which I was charged for. Rang Good Luck to explain and they said they would contact the delivery man. I order from this place quite often but this time they had somehow forgotten the sauce in my noodle box as well as bonus prawn crackers, we tried calling up and told them that there is no sauce in the box and it was bone-dry but kept insisting there is sauce + making up excuses and treating it as if it's our fault not even an apology of some sort and if we wanted compensation or replacement food we would have to bring the food back ourselves for them to 'inspect it' which is ridiculous, overall cheeky and disappointed with customer service after being a good customer for a long time never having...
