Would never usually leave a review but was left extremely disappointed with our takeout tonight. This place was once one of the best Chinese takeouts in the area, so much so it was of restaurant quality but sadly this doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Haven't ordered from here in over a year and the last time it was not the best either but just thought hey what's one "off" takeout out of otherwise plenty of delicious ones. Have been craving a newland all week and decided to order one tonight, the lady taking the order was lovely and did say 40 mins, came at the 1 hr mark but no big deal. Food was cold, quality was terrible and no flavour. Rang back to inform amd once again lady was lovely but there was nothing to be done, we just wanted it noted I suppose. Looks like in 2023 I had to revise this review from a few years earlier. Long story short, looks like they've changed some recipes, especially the curry sauce. I now it's freaking delicious. I had tried curry a couple of times a few years earlier and it just wasn't really, how do I put it, with a taste that I'm accustomed to. And the green beans in chicken curry were weird for me. Luckily they're gone now and Curry's absolutely delicious. Thanks to that, I no have an option to get my takeaways from a place that's much closer to me than Rialto.
