Traffic is a problem every single weekend year round, but from October to Christmas it’s just not worth it. Add in carnival traffic and I just don’t bother going near it with the car. Having two pedestrian crossings over the only road to the car parks is just plain bad design and lack of foresight, no matter how many traffic management staff you throw at it.

The whole place seems to have been designed with a faraday cage built into it and the center seems stubbornly reluctant to implement any kind of WiFi capabilities, more concerned with jamming eyelash machines and advertisement screens in the path of walking customers. Every inch of the place seems fair game for profit opportunities these last few years with no concern for the shopper experience. The amount of times I have walked out of the center due to the complete inability to contact anyone and show them items or tell them prices of items they have asked me to get for them, the center would be far better off to focus on this rather than another sweets machine on a free 4ftx4ft space in the middle of the main walkway.

Pros: Free parking for 2 hours if you want to queue for 30 mins to get into the place. If the free parking ever disappeared then so would my custom entirely. And I can definitely see it coming at some stage.

Other Pro - It has Rubys, but thats accessible from outside anyway and to be fair, its easier to access it from outside than down a little hall and into a lift.
