China Inn Chinese Takeaway — Local services in South Dublin

I ordered from China Inn this evening, Friday 14th May 2021. My first and last time to order from here. The spice bag was tasteless and the thin noodles were very black and soggy. I rang the restaurant to complain, the guy said thats the way we do the spice bag, you should have asked for extra spicy. No customer service what do ever. I tried calling them back but they kept hanging up on the call but I kept calling them until they answered. I told them that I am complaining to Just Eat, which I did. Got a Spicy Bag out of this place tonight. I was reasonably satisfied given my recent years of Spice Bag experiences from various Chineses predominantly around the North Central area of Dublin. With a few drinks on me I was relishing something spicy but this is where the Chinese Inn fell down. With a lack of chilis and green pepper (or sometimes an additional segmented red pepper) the Spicy Bag should be known as the Mildy Bag.
