New Territory — Local services in South Dublin

This used to be my favourite take away up to recently. I've been going to get my food on a regular basis at least once sometimes twice a week at a 15 euros a pop for a very long time. So often that the girl behind the counter knew my orders when she saw my face. All happy married ended 2 weeks ago on one evening. Two weeks ago as usual I went in and ordered my usual and waited outside in the car for the nod from the girl that the food was ready, 2 mins later my wife rang and asked me to get her an extra bag of chips, I didn't have anymore cash on me, I spent my last 15 euro paying the girl few minitues earlier, knowing they only take cash I decided to ask if I could pay by card (didn't want to disappoint my wife). The girl at the counter said know they didn't take cards, fair enough and that was it no cash no food. After all these years of being a great customer I suddenly realised all my years coming here was worth nothing! She didn't even try to accomodate a long time customer by saying , go on you can pay me later!! How much would a bag of chips cost? 2 euros? but she choose to let customer down....Shame on you. If this had been anywhere else espescially local Irish shop they would have handled it differently. So I decided that's it, if that is the way you treat customers you dont't deserve my custom. I am now going to other chinese take away that has morre common sense! May I say a big good bye to the New (but very silly) Territory take...

Extremely Disappointed with My Order – Requesting a Full Refund

I recently ordered the chicken chow mein with fried noodles from New Territory, expecting a flavorful meal. Unfortunately, what I received was far from satisfactory. The dish lacked any distinctive taste, and the noodles were bland and unappetizing. It seemed like a generic preparation, devoid of the flavors one would anticipate from a chow mein.

This experience was not only disappointing but also unacceptable, especially considering the price point. I believe a full refund is warranted for this...

We put an order through for delivery and it came minus a ckn and sweetcorn soup so I rang them and they said that they hadn't put it in the order but when we calculated the order they had charged us for the food minus the delivery charge, their mistake not ours so we had to pay 4.20 for the soup to be delivered and they felt they were doing me a favour by not charging a delivery charge and that wasn't an easy call, they were trying to charge me for their mistake, customer service...
