One of the best seafood shops in the whole Cork county area. Fresh fishes along with wide varieties. There are good options of frozen fish and a large number of items for readymade buyers. Fish cakes and the pies are really best in the town. Always recommended for anyone who likes fish a lot. The staffs are well-behaved and the location is at the central of Middleton. The only problem is the parking but I assume that's not the shop's problem but as a whole for the whole main street shops issue.

Ballycotton Seafood has superb variety of fresh and smoked quality fish. Also, their export service is excellent. I ordered a half side of smoked salmon to be sent to Italy from the Ballycotton Shop in Midleton, Co. Cork. The salmon arrived in less than 24 hours. Full marks to...

I used to buy there few years ago. Today I bought 1kg of monkfish for 30€ which is a lot compared to others fish stores in Cork and I got NOT FRESH but reFREEZED fish without taste of fresh monkfish and pumped with lots of water. SHAME ON YOU! Don't buy there if you want...
