We live in Philadelphia, Pa. USA. We had been looking for a table that converted from a coffee table to a dining table for our new entertaining space. We saw a few different vendors online carrying the same table but at much different prices. We even drove to New York City to see one of these tables in person. We loved the table, but their version was almost 3 times what we saw on Vinciguerra ship. We took a chance with Vinciguerra shop because they mentioned it could be returned if we were not pleased. We're so glad we made the decision to go for it! From the time I placed the order, Vinciguerra consultants kept in touch with us about the status of the order, when it would ship, etc. The 2 tables arrived in about 3 weeks and they are the exact same quality table we saw.
