I originally ordered a sofa that arrived without a piece that was needed to finish building it and had to wait for two weeks before the piece arrived. As a "consolation" I was given a 20 euro voucher. Fine. I went to the shop in Bari to try and use it, I showed the lady at the checkout that I had this voucher. She asked me for my name and phone number which I found strange but thought it was linked to the voucher. I put the objects I was purchasing and the voucher on the counter for her to scan everything. Once I had paid, I asked her to show me on the receipt where the 20 euros had been deducted. She said, "oh, I didn't know you had a voucher." She had removed my voucher and put it on the side of the checkout. I was astonished. How could she not know I had a voucher when I told her I had the voucher and had handed the voucher over to her. Anyway, to cut a long story short she got exasperated at me for asking her to find a solution to the problem and told me I was irritating her. Read morePunto vendita di Bari, facciamo la fila, (bella lunga, è sabato sera) arrivati in cassa la cassiera ci invita a spostarci più avanti sulla destra su un'altra postazione dove la collega aveva portato i nostri oggetti ingombranti. Arriva il nostro turno e incredibilmente questa cassiera ci invita a rifare la fila. Basiti io e mia moglie non capiamo ma lei continua a ripetere di allontanarci. A nulla serve spiegare che la sua collega ci aveva chiesto di spostarci, comunque era il nostro turno! Dopo questo tira e molla comincia a passare i nostri articoli, tre cuscini. Ci chiede se volevamo acquistare anche l'imbottitura che non era compresa nel prezzo. Il prezzo era unico sugli articoli e non c'era nessuna specifica in merito. Insomma grande delusione, mai vista tanta superficialità e maleducazione!
