Vanilas2.0 Gelateria Artigianale — Local services in Cabras

We recently visited this small gelateria during the bottarga festival, intrigued by the special ricotta, fig, and bottarga gelato. Unfortunately, the experience was quite underwhelming. The gelato itself was solid in texture but lacked the creaminess and richness you'd expect from a good gelato. The flavours felt flat, and we were especially disappointed with the special offering - we couldn't taste the bottarga at all, which was the main draw.

The service also left much to be desired. The server seemed unmotivated and rushed us through the ordering process, which dampened the overall experience. Given the limited selection of flavours and lackluster service, this gelateria left us feeling...

Wir haben schon viel Eis auf Sardinien gegessen, uns ein Mal um die Insel herum probiert. Um ehrlich zu sein war das das schlechteste auf unserer Liste. Das Eis schmeckte wie aus dem Supermarkt. Feige Ricotta ist schon beim Ansehen geschmolzen. Cookies war sehr lasch vom Geschmack. Das Black Gourmet schmeckte fürchterlich, wie verbrannt irgendwie. Lediglich Pistazie war gut.

Schade war auch, dass die Eisdiele wenig italienischen Fler hatte. Die Kugeln wurden wie bei uns mit einem Recht kleinen Löffel geschöpft und nicht wie es die Italiener typischerweise mit einer Kelle portionieren. Das habe ich bislang auf Sardinien das erste...

Do 3 stelle solo perché tutto sommato il gelato è stato accettabile, ma non aspettatevi questa bontà. Non ci tornerei più, se non per il fatto che si tratta dell'unica gelateria di Cabras in centro. Due palline minuscole di gelato costano la bellezza di € 3,50 (o 3,70 non ricordo bene). Il ragazzo è la ragazza sono inesperti, di poche parole e sgarbati, oltre che lenti all'inverosimile. Mostrano di non saper fare con la clientela e di non essere in grado di gestire file anche minuscole. Mi dispiace, ma il rapporto con i clienti è completamente...
