Went on vacation with my partner to Italy and the only thing I knew I wanted to buy on the trip was a necklace to replace the one I wore constantly for years that had reached the end of its life. I found RocaWood online before going to Como and stopped in the shop. I was a little intimidated because all of the work was so beautiful and I really didn’t know what I was looking for. Fiona was an absolute delight - she helped me try on multiple different things and when I expressed I loved one of the necklaces with multiple stones but thought it was too fancy to wear every day she said they could easily reset one of the stones into a single pendant for me. She helped me pick out which one and they worked very quickly to make it for me since I was only in Como for a few days. They even made a custom card with a picture of the necklace and facts. It’s so simple and beautiful and I couldn’t love it more. I certainly was not the highest paying client but they made this little piece with such care as if it was the most valuable necklace ever sold.
