MoMà Exclusive Beach — Local services in Manduria

We get there around 12:30, and during our journey to get at the beach we buy some fruit to eat in there, as soon as we get inside they told us that is not possible to consume food from the outside...they have some strict rule regarding playing and food. Let's say it wasn't a good start. At the reception (the bar) we asked for the pricelist that was actually exposed, we pay 25€ for a couple of sit under a quite small beach umbrella, payment that is not possible to do by debit card because, as the guy told us, there was no internet connection (I'm actually writing this review under the tiny beach umbrella mentioned before and i have 4g and full connection) he even asked me if i wanna to look at his phone to show me there was no connection...and i just answered him that i already have my phone with me to look at it by myself. Then we went to take a bath in the sea and for about 30min there was no life guards, probably because thats an "exclusive" beach.... However the water was fanyastic very cold and crystal clear. As was 13pm we where starving so we ordered 2 fish salad and 2 cream coffee, the salad was absolutely disgusting, there was some jelly stuff on the fish and it tasted so much like vinegar that was impossible to say if was still good or rotten, and more, the whole plate was big as a fist, very poor salad with a very exlusive price (11€) at least the cream coffee was nice. Then i decide to have a shower, so i went to the shower spot but i havent seen any tap, so i went to the bar and asked how does it work and they told me that works with 1 coin for the value of 1 euro...so i bought i get back to the shower, add the coin and discovers that the shower last for about 1min (and this make this shower one of the most expencive in the world with the rate of 1 euro per minute), if not less, not enough to wash yourself neither your legs. More, the beach was filthy, full of cigarettes butts and dirts. Then i went to the toilette, I get to the door and discovers that it was closed (no signs), so i get back to the bar and ask for the keys, went back to the toilet and find out that was also dirty and very stinky... If it wasn't for the crystal clear water our day will be gone much worst that what already was after all this issues. Anyway, I wouldent came back or recommends my friends or family...

Non sono solito fare recensioni negative, solitamente solo positive ma quando rilevo mancanza di cordialità, disponibilità e soprattutto scostumatezza non ci vedo più. Lido per niente accogliente e molto disorganizzato . Prendete 3 euro per la consegna in spiaggia e poi sbagliate a portare l'acqua, invece di essere frizzante, arriva naturale. La cosa che però mi ha dato particolarmente fastidio non è questa, avrei potuto far presente che l'acqua era stata sbagliata ma ho tralasciato. Altro episodio, avete fatto cadere addosso a un cliente una parete di legno che copriva l'affaccio al chiosco, attenzione e delicatezza meno che zero. La cose che però mi spingono a fare una pessima recensione sono altre che vi elenco di seguito. Alle ore 19 ci è stata privata la possibilità di fare la doccia (a pagamento ovviamente), dopo averlo chiesto ci viene risposto che le docce sono chiuse perché era iniziato l'aperitivo (dove non c'era praticamente nessuno, premetto che le docce si trovano esattamente al lato opposto alla zona aperitivo) e ci invitate a mettere la mascherina quando neanche voi fino a pochi minuti prima l'avevate. Ecco la frase detta in modo particolarmente arrogante "Le docce sono fuori servizio e ti devo chiedere la gentilezza di allontanarti perché sei sprovvisto di mascherina" Premetto che porto la mascherina sempre con me ma ero andato giusto a prendere il gettone per la doccia che avrei fatto immediatamente dopo. Alla mancata possibilità di sciacquare sale e sabbia di dosso, noto diverse persone che, munite di gettone , si accingono a fare la doccia, mi avvicino stavolta al proprietario al quale chiedo se poteva fare un'eccezione ma mi viene risposto che le docce sono fuori servizio, faccio notare che ci sono delle persone davanti a lui che la stanno facendo e mi risponde con aria scocciata e irritata di nuovo dicendomi che sono fuori servizio. Mentre andavo via, vedo una signora che stava per entrare sotto la doccia usata dal marito e in procinto di lavarsi scade il timer, noto la cosa, capisco che la signora sarebbe andata a prendere un gettone e mi fermo per vedere la reazione del proprietario e indovinate.....il proprietario glielo da. Siete disorganizzati e scostamenti, altamente sconsigliato, purtroppo Google non da la possibilità di dare 0 stelle altrimenti lo avrei fatto più che volentieri.

Carino ma non ne vale la pena. Ok siamo in Puglia ad agosto ma basta approfittarsi della gente.

Ho passato una giornata al Momà il 17 agosto. Perché? Perché non c’era nient’altro. Consapevoli del prezzo alto (ma adeguato per il gazebo rimasto) ci aspettavamo un servizio comunque all’altezza. Il lido è carino, niente di eclatante ma sistemato, tuttavia per 70€ Circa di gazebo diciamo che avere almeno dello spazio per prendere il sole ed essere almeno a un metro dai vicini sarebbe stato carino. Come anche sarebbe stato adeguato alle aspettative un caricatore (elemento trovato sempre in Puglia sullo ionio in un ombrellone, manco gazebo). Lettini con materasso molto comodi. Dove sta però l’approfittarsi reale? Ho ordinato una macedonia, non ho guardato i prezzi, pensando che costasse una cosa come 5€?7€? Prezzi comunque fuori dal buonsenso ma comunque normali. Costo: 15€!!! 15€ per la stessa frutta che il carretto per strada ti vende bo a 2€? Bah trovo folle. Parcheggio troppo lontano per uno stabilimento. Se sei “Exclusive” devi offrire servizi all’altezza di quello che dichiari di essere e 450m passando per la strada è pure sotto casa della signora Pina non mi sembra proprio posh. Doccia 1.50€ per 1 minuto… ok, tanti se la fanno pagare, ma direi che un paio di minuti in più non manda in rovina e non fa sentire soprattutto i clienti in un collegio Servizio all’ombrellone, costo 2€. Ma se non hai i contanti ti Devi alzare e andare a pagare in cassa. Ma che senso ha? Il dettaglio non era esplicitato

*ho letto che nelle varie recensioni viene detto che è tutto scritto sul sito però dai, ma chi è che si mette a vedere il sito di un lido con il Caldo al mare in vacanza? Penso che ormai ci si approfitto un po’ troppo della gente in generale, al netto dell’informazione che ci può essere.

Comunque almeno i rustici erano letteralmente pazzeschi. Magari ripassiamo a prenderne un paio e andiamo a mangiarceli sotto un albero di fichi che speriamo almeno quelli dai rami non...
