Carrefour Market — Local services in Milan

I went there for buying milk to my newborn baby at night. When I was going out from market ….the security guy misbehaved me …there were 2-3 customers more going out with me but he only blocked me to check products ..that was fine ..but when he didn’t got anything from my bag …he started talking rude to me that why I entered in the market with baby stroller and baby bag. After that he treated me like I am a lady who sleep on the road…he badly misbehaved with me . After all I went to the manager and explained all the things. He listened to me and told me sorry on behalf of him. But this is totally disrespectful for a lady . Moreover he shouted on me that this market belongs to him …he is the commander…he can do whatever he want. Totally disrespectful. Anyways I go tomorrow morning for making a police complaint against him because I also have self respect…no one has right...

I was facing a problem and I found professional and educated staff to help handling the situation. Unfortunately the problem relates to a fraud that their shop makes posting on the shelf misleading prices. Several lables contain the product name a barred price in small writing and a much lower price in much larger characters with only one more element that is "-35% payback" which has no any meaning in Italian. According to them the label states that the actual price is the barred one, but who joins a card system they have can enjoy the lower price. According to law the only meaning of the label is that the price is the lower one in big characters. Carrefour policy in Italy is illegal. This company should be prosecuted and all customer suffering fraud compensated. I am bringing the...

Seriously, there is a battle of baskets going on here. It seems to be a task of epic scale to keep a sufficient amount of baskets stocked at the entry, but by far the worse is their tedency to close ten to 15 minutes earlier than expected. It's unacceptable! Don't write from 8 to 10 if you want to close at 9:45!?!?!!!!!!

Mostly for that I give 1 star and for the fact, that the fish I bought there was only borderline fresh! You people should to better in the town of Italy's largest fish market!!!

Apart from that, after 8pm everybody seems to have a rather curbed enthusiasm to keep the store clean as broken bottles lie on the floor for more than 20minutes (no, I didn't break it).
