Molto molto bello. Posto stupendo immerso nel verde e circondato dalla natura. Dove finisce Rocca di Papa, cittadina molto carina, inizia un'avventura spettacolare. Che in questo periodo forse raggiunge il massimo splendore con l'umidità del momento, il caldo e il freddo che si alternano e il terreno ricoperto di castagne. Il bosco fitto e rumoroso di frutti che continuamente cadono dagli alberi con una vegetazione lussureggiante di muschio barbosissimo in un momento ancora embrionale del foliage autunnale. Ci sono numerosi percorsi, alcuni segnati, altri no che scorrono paralleli in un intreccio di cammini che sono il divertimento degli escursionisti e lo spasso dei bikers. Si incontrano tante persone, in gruppo, in solitaria, a piedi e in bicicletta. Ed alcune attrattività molto suggestive, come massi enormi, vedute emozionanti sui laghi di Nemi e Albano oltre che le zone circostanti. Dove l'occhio si perde verso l'infinito. Sentieri su strada, sterrati, terra , pietre della Via Sacra e misti di tutte o solo alcune di queste cose. In alcuni punti tavolini per una sosta ed eremi per momenti di preghiera. Esperienza totalizzante dove le emozioni vengono sollecitate dai sensi stimolati dalle tantissime espressioni in cui si manifesta la bellezza del posto. In una zona circoscritta una foresta di conifere, funghi che spuntano da tutte le parti, uccellini, scoiattoli, piccoli rettili.
