If you are brought here by a tour bus, just know that there’s a far superior coral artist up the hill!! I came here first, bought several pieces, watched the busy busy tourist swarm!! They have ample parking, true! And clean bathrooms!! Possibly the cleanest bathrooms I’ve encountered out in public Italy. But the prices reflect that! The quality is fine, but honestly, consider going to the Coral Factory!! It’s quiet, personal, priced more reasonably, and it’s not a crowded tourist spot. I bought pieces from both places… I will update in a year to let you know which is better!! I wish I didn’t feel bamboozled. If I only went to one coral place, I wouldn’t feel as taken advantage of! Sorry. Take the trip up the hill!! But DON’T try to go to Corals Waves! That place isn’t even worth...

My husband insisted I not leave with one of their Mediterranean coral jewelry. As a former coral diver, he explained how different color coral is found in different parts of the world and here it’s orange. He wanted me to pick big, but I am a slow and indecisive shopper. I choose these simple rose earrings, but they are my favorite earrings ever. They are laid on gold and my ears never hurt when I am wearing them. My wife and I shopped at the store as part of a Gate 1 tour. My wife bought a beautiful cameo pendant and earrings set. Upon our return home, wearing the set for the first time, one of the chips was lost. I contacted the store and they were so prompt to send a replacement pendant at no charge.
