Wonderful place in the middle of Umbertide. It has such a mediaeval air that you could actually think you're in the middle age (if you don't look at the other buildings). I've gotten shocked at the front side's view... It's very well conserved. And I hadn't the chance to get inside because it was holiday and obviously closed... But I'm looking forward to make a deeper view.

Qualche difficoltà per visitare la rocca. Per acquistare i biglietti non è stato possibile utilizzare il bancomat (!) né avere il resto, ho dovuto cercare un negozio aperto e scambiare in banconote di piccolo taglio. Il panorama dalla torre è gradevole, la mostra d'arte all'interno un po' strana: non chiara l'attinenza tra l'arte astratta dell'autore e la location storica. I cancelli cigolanti e arrugginiti non aggiungevano impressione di storicità, semmai di sciatteria.

Il paese storico è veramente bello da visitare perché offre anche un itinerario pedonale unico nel suo genere che circonda il paese lungo un incantevole corso d'acqua che sfocia in un fiume..vale la a pena di visitare il paese ed il museo !!

Ci siamo trovati per caso davanti all'ingresso e letteralmente travolti da un ragazzo eccezionale di nome Ever che gentilmente ci ha invitati ad entrare. Oltre la visita del luogo, ottimamente restaurato e conservato, abbiamo visto la mostra di arte contemporanea ospitata attualmente. Una volta tornati giú il bravissimo e volenteroso Ever ci ha coinvolti in una bella visita guidata delle prigioni sotterranee con tanto di storia di evasione. Abbiamo inoltre scoperto che a breve in nostro Ever pubblicherá un libro di poesie e siamo impazienti di leggerlo. Luogo consigliatissimo. Mauro e Masi,...
