Great place with a great location! Suitable for both families and a group of friends !!! Super clean and maintained with new furniture and fully equipped large modern kitchen with everything you need !!! Private parking!

Super suitable place to visit Venice! The bus stop is 2 minutes away! There are two pizzerias in the area, BUT BE SURE TO ASK Massimo for the REAL pizzeria ;-) !!!

Thank you for the attitude during our entire stay, for the "welcome" basket, for the bus tickets, ... let the rest be a surprise !!!!

The next time we come to Venice, this is where we will stay!!!!!! It is beautiful!! Spotlessly clean, modern decor, extreamly comfortable beds, great location. Massimo (ournhost) is an absolute gentleman!!! He helped us in every way that he could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible!!! There was a welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived too, which was a lovely kind thought. I'm actually sad to be leaving tbh, would have REALLY loved to stay for longer. The stay at gondola house was perfect! Really Nice appartement with great hosts. All equipment in the kitchen is available. There is terrace, small, but a Nice getaway for parents when the kids are asleep. Every window has musquito nets and blinds. We were able to purchase bus tickets from the hosts as we arrived on Sunday, which was great. We got a lot of useful information from them how to use public transport and shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. We felt really welcome! Thank you for a great start of our holiday...
