千葉県の中でも一二を競う大病院だと思っていたが、多くの人が受診するであろう内科(総合診療科)も含めて完全予約制で紹介状が無きゃ診てもらえない科が多すぎる。 各診療科に予約の電話をしなきゃ診てもらえないシステムは大病院としておかしい。 東京の総合病院で内科にかかるのに、紹介所と予約をしないと受診できない病院はなかった。 特殊外来ならまだしも分かるが、内科で完全予約制は患者の立場を考えてなさすぎる。 そして、その特殊外来とやらも特別な予約が必要な科があり、漢方外来にいたっては最早、受診することは不可能だと思った。詳しい詳細はHPで確認してもらった方が早いが、千葉の病院はどこも殿様商売だと感じる。

某テレビ番組で総合診療科の名医ドクターとして取り上げられてが、望みを託して行くような気持ちは持たない方がいい。

星２は医師、看護師、検査関係の皆様を除く受付、電話係、各システムの評価です。

7月診察時に、新しい予約システムを案内されました。 千葉大のHPに案内があります。千葉大 予約で検索してください。

８月現状、アプリの案内はありませんがアプリがあります。アプリではできない事があるの様なのでアプリは予約確認くらいに留めたほうが良さそうです。私はアプリから登録、普通診察変更予約をしましたが、検査だと従来通り電話が良さそうです。

かなりの個人情報を登録しますが今後の為に登録してみました。今回は通院ついでに窓口で予約日変更願いを出し、その結果を電話をせずに確認ができました。

相変わらず科ごとの受付の対応、態度は悪く、医師、看護婦と話の食い違いは多発、医師以上の権限があるような態度ですが、真に受けず医師、看護師とのやりとりを押し切らないと自分の身を守れません。 気をつけてください。 今月もまたやられました。

中には良い受付の方もいるのですが、悪い態度応答が圧倒的に多いのは事実だと感じます。

とても話し方が悪い。現場に出る前にちゃんとした講師を付け、話し方の研修を行う事を千葉大人事部に強くお勧めします。毎月行くのでほんとにウンザリします。

なにごとでも長く待たされてると感じたら必ず今どうなってるのか確認してください。黙って待ってるとマジやばい時あります クチコミより意見書を書いて出さないと改善は見込まれません。皆が書けば改善される事もあるでしょう。 一階正面入ってすぐ右側奥に置いてあるので待ち時間の間にでも書いて出した方がいいです。

会計の時間がかかりすぎて会計待ちで疲弊する。 診察終わって病院を出られるのは1時間後。 相変わらず精算時は柵並びで早い列、遅い列と順番がめちゃくちゃでイラッとする。 これは何回意見書に書いても全く改善されず憤りしかない。

患者は駐車場は安くかなり良心的です。 なかなか停められない時にカフェ利用の客のせいで患者が停められなくなるのは理不尽なので一般利用の駐車場代は高くて良いです。
