If I could rate this property a negative 5, I would. Good luck to anyone staying here. The property FALSELY advertises a meal plan, which was even confirmed by the Chat AI. However, there is no meal plan included in the exorbitant price you pay. I was informed by the property AFTER THE FACT that guests are expected to bring their own food, and that the Chat AI information is from another reservation site. Who knew?! My guest and I arrived unprepared and did not bring any food, despite having a hike scheduled for the following day. As a result, we went without food for 24 hours!

To make matters worse, there was a massive spider in the washroom, which we noticed immediately (see attached picture). Since this is a self-serve property, there was no one on site to assist us with this issue. And again good luck trying to get a hold of anyone by phone.

DONT COME HERE WITHOUT YOUR CAR! I must say, I love Glamping, but here it was a disaster! Check in is very late, and you have no place to store your luggage. So we had to drag it with us and hire a taxi for the day at the rate of $52/hr !!! The room is very small and cramped. It’s about 6.5 feet wide, with a table in the middle. The garden area is spacious with Hot Spring, Sauna and BBQ setup. There is NO SHUTTLE SERVICE! False advertisement! The nearest bus and store is 40 minutes by walk. I’m glad someone got breakfast and dinner, we got nothing. Mt. Fuji is amazing!! I will stay somewhere...

2月中旬、前の週に雪が降り、その雪が残り銀世界のなかでの滞在でした。

素泊まりプランにしましたが、施設周辺には車で10分ほどいけばスーパー、コンビニがあり不自由しません。

施設は、 トレーラーハウス内はとても清潔で、アメニティ類も充実していました。寒さも心配していましたが、床暖房·エアコンともにしっかりと稼働していて全く寒さは感じませんでした。

テントサウナですが、 薪が外に準備されており霜が降りてしまっていた兼ね合いで、かなり火をつけるのに苦労しました。チェックインカウンター(無人)に薪も売っていたのですが、そちらはカラッとした薪でした。しかし現金のみで両替もできないという環境で苦戦しました... これだけ、チェックインもデジタル化しているので、追加の資材も使っただけあとから課金されるなどあった方がよいかな～と思いました。 (薪は慣れていない人や、ガンガン高温でサウナを楽しみたいという方は、１泊で3セット以上必要な印象です。一度サウナにはいって買いにいくという野暮なことはしたくないのであらかじめ買っておくことをおすすめします(泣)) しかし、風と木の揺れる音しかしない空間での整いは至高でした。。

BBQスペースは、 こちらもとても清潔で、BBQができるセットも一式揃っており大変便利でした！ 夕方には氷点下、朝はマイナス8度でしたが、足元にガスストーブがあり、外でもとても温かく過ごすことができました。

総じて大大大満足！なのですが、サウナをとても楽しみにしていたので薪の購入だけ改善される期待を込めて...
