Came in twice so far. First time I was looking for a kids bike for my son. We found a nice 16" bike with a basket that my son liked for an unbelievably good price. The bell didn't work, and the guy at the counter replaced it with a brand new one for free. Took him an extra 5-10 minutes of work and was very gracious about it.

Second time I came in, I found a great deal on a futon / mattress vacuum. It looked like it was in brand new condition and works fantastically. Good experiences with this shop so far and definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the market for something random and wanna save some money.

I don't speak great Japanese, and they have still been very helpful...
