GUCCI Gotemba Premium Outlets Store — Local services in Gotenba

I am feeling extremely disappointed when I was shopping at Gucci shop located at Gotemba premium outlet today. My family and I were a royal fans of Gucci brand for many years…. I purchased many products at their boutiques before and I must visit their boutique at the Gotemba premium outlet every time when I visit Japan. I went to their store today at the Gotemba premium outlet today and I was ready to purchase a bag. When the salesman asked for my phone number then the salesman told me that they are not selling me any products to me as they assumed I am a reseller. I have no idea how they judge a person as a reseller and they didn’t give me a good reason by not selling products to me…. I feel shocked and offended by the etiquette of this brand and treating costumer like this.
