Had udon here. Food was mid. However, I had the worst service experience. I visited multiple cities in Japan multiple times, and can still say that their service here was the worst even within that short encounter with the staff. The male staff at the counter who looks like he's in his 30s did not care to help even though I tried my best to communicate with a translator and all. He just walked away saying he doesn't understand. I would encourage the owner to have better staff members if you want...
