This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My son has an allergy and is anaphylactic to nuts. The signage at the front of the store specifically states to ask for the ingredients lists. When I advised them of my son's allergies and asked for the ingredients list, they repeatedly said that the pain au chocolat was "just chocolate". When I tried to explain further about the severity of the allergy, showing her an allergy sheet written in Japanese, she still refused to show me the list, saying that it's "only for the Japanese". I explained that I could translate it myself, but she still refused and abruptly told us not to buy anything. Throughout the conversation, she was huffing, sighing, and rolling her eyes. Her overall attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I left feeling embarrassed and upset.
